Upon registration, you will be automatically added to our internal mailing list to receive information relevant to the association, including events and activities.

We use Webling, a Swiss-based online association management software, for handling memberships and registrations. Personal data is processed on servers located in Switzerland. By completing and submitting the Webling form, you consent to the storage and processing of your data by Webling.
7. Use of Google Forms
For registration to certain events and courses, we use Google Forms, a service provided by Google LLC. Your submitted data may be processed on servers operated by Google, which may also be located in the USA.
Please note that the USA is not considered a country with an adequate level of data protection under EU law. U.S. companies are obligated to provide personal data to government authorities without legal recourse for affected individuals.
Therefore, it cannot be excluded that U.S. authorities (e.g., intelligence agencies) may process, analyze, and store your data located on U.S. servers for surveillance purposes. We have no control over these data processing activities.
8. Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses only technically necessary cookies. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
Currently, we do not use any web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) or embedded third-party content (e.g., YouTube or Google Maps).
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Your data will only be stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of the association or as required by law. Once the purpose has been fulfilled or legal retention periods have expired, your data will be deleted or anonymized.
